We build it in-house
Once approved, your sign is hand-assembled in our own studio, not resold from a third-party manufacturer. Standard production takes 5 to 7 working days.
Quality check and packaging
Every sign is powered on and tested for colour, brightness, electrical connections and remote function before being wrapped and packed in a sturdy protective box.
Free worldwide shipping
Standard delivery takes 4 to 6 working days after production. Expedited options may be available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
The usual total timeframe from approval to delivery is approximately 9 to 13 working days.

The price of a custom neon sign depends on four main factors:
Length of tubing in the design
More tubing requires more material and production time. A flowing script with long connecting strokes may use more tubing than compact block lettering at a similar overall size.
Size of the sign
Larger signs require more acrylic, tubing and assembly time.
Colour complexity
Single-colour signs are generally the most affordable. RGB switchable and RGB dynamic signs cost more because they require additional controllers and electronic components.
Backboard and treatment options
UV-printed, coloured or mirrored acrylic, splash-proof treatment and oversized or multi-panel construction can increase the final price.

Installation: How to Hang Your Custom Neon Sign
Every sign arrives pre-assembled, pre-wired and ready to connect to a standard UK wall socket using the supplied adaptor. Installation usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.
You have four mounting options:
Use the dimmer and remote for brightness and effects. Signs wider than about 240 cm may arrive on aligned acrylic panels for safer transport and easier installation.

Yes. Echo Neon LED neon signs run at low voltage (12V), stay cool to the touch, contain no mercury or hazardous gases and are suitable for bedrooms, children’s rooms and business interiors when used as directed. Traditional glass neon runs at a higher voltage and becomes warmer, so it should be kept out of reach in homes with young children.
Standard signs are rated for indoor use. For damp environments or sheltered outdoor spaces, select the optional splash-proof treatment. We do not recommend leaving any sign exposed directly to rain without adequate cover.

Echo Neon LED neon signs are rated for approximately 50,000 hours of use. At 8 hours per day, that is roughly 17 years. Traditional glass neon typically lasts 10,000 to 15,000 hours and may require occasional professional servicing.
Every Echo Neon custom sign comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering electrical components when the sign is installed and used as intended.
Yes. Free standard worldwide delivery is included with every custom sign order. Standard delivery takes 4 to 6 working days after production, and expedited options may be available at checkout.
Custom signs cannot normally be returned once production starts because each one is made specifically for the approved design. If your sign arrives damaged in transit, contact us with photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement where covered.
